Help to Buy

Help to Buy is the government’s scheme that offers buyers an equity loan they can use to help to buy a home at Dunham Grange. The scheme allows buyers to purchase a property with a 5% deposit, and receive a loan for up to 20% of the property value, which will be free of interest charges for 5 years.
